1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between InvoGuard and users of the platform.

2. Subject of Contract

InvoGuard offers a service for automatic conversion of PDF invoices into Excel format with mathematical verification.

3. Prices and Payment

- STARTER: €29/month (up to 50 invoices)
- GROWTH: €59/month (up to 150 invoices)
- PRO: €99/month (up to 500 invoices)
- Additional invoices: €0.20 each
- 10 invoices free (no credit card)

4. Cancellation

- All plans are monthly cancellable.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access remains until the end of the paid period.

5. Liability

InvoGuard assumes no liability for the accuracy of extracted data. The service is intended as support and does not replace professional accounting review.
